• You must have legitimate professional interest in our product category

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information
• Use this service for legitimate business evaluation purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Connective MedTech Limited
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations

You agree not to:

• Register multiple accounts or use automated registration systems
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the waitlist for competitive intelligence gathering (if you are a direct competitor)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Share your waitlist access with unauthorized third parties
• Use our communications for any commercial purposes other than evaluating our product

No Guarantees

Waitlist participation does not guarantee:

• Access to our product when launched
• Any specific pricing, features, or launch timeline
• Beta testing opportunities
• Priority customer status
• Any contractual relationship beyond this waitlist agreement

We reserve the right to invite users to participate in our platform based on our own criteria and business requirements.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive:

• Beta testing invitations (if applicable)
• Launch notifications
• Market research surveys (occasionally)

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Account Termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100
• We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages
