Legitimate interests - We have a legitimate business interest in developing and launching our healthcare technology platform, and in communicating with potential users about our services. We have considered your interests and rights and have concluded that our legitimate interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

Where We Get Personal Information From

We collect your information directly from you via our website waitlist form.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain waitlist information until 12 months after product launch, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. After this period, we will securely delete all personal data.

If you become a platform user after launch, your data will be processed under our separate Terms of Service with different retention periods appropriate for service provision.

How to Complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
